  • 8-10round button chillies whole
  • 1 tbscoriander seeds whole
  • 1 tbscumin whole
  • 1 tbstalhaar mirch crushed
  • 1/2 tbsfennel seed whole
  • 1.5 tbskala namak
  • 1/2 tbspeppercorn
  • 1/2 tbskasuri methi

    Put all the spices into pan and mix it gently

    Then roast it on high flame and keep aside to cool down

    Put in dry mill and crushed everything to make a coarse spice powder. Now it is ready to use for marination.
