I prepared a spices a day before Eid so I can use for Dawat. Sorry for picture as it is taken by someone. 🙈

Take all spices in a plate and put ginger garlic paste and yogurt

Mix it well and then start putting on chicken. It’s upto you, put with hands or spoon. I put with my hands.

Squeeze a lemon and drizzle oil. Cover it and put it in a fridge for overnight.

Next day, put it in pot and turn on flame. It will release water and in the same water it will cook.

Poke with fork or pointed skewer and Check if it is cook or not. If cook then transfer it into oven dish. Prepare a syrup by boiling water, vinegar, honey and ginger slices.

Pour the syrup on the chicken and pit it back under the oven at 200C for 20 mins. Put all vegetables also. 🎉 It ready, looks delicious and taste yummy. Enjoy my recipe😃
