Boil milk. Add cornflour n milk powder by making a slurry.

Simer gas to low - medium.

Add rose petals, and mix well after 2 min add cream n mix well again.

When it starts thickening add sugar mix well again cook well and add gulkand, rosewater to it.

Mix well. add rose essence n switch off gas. Allow it to cool down.

When cooled add chopped nuts (pista, badam) and pour into moulds.

Set in fridge for 6-7 hours or overnight.

Enjoy.
