Different taste, pudina pulao is the best option, when you feel bored to cook or eat green veggies. Garlic, & mint flavoured this pulao recipe is unique. I tried it first time but it awesome.
Steps

Soaked rice for 1 hour. Then washed it proper. Grind mint leaves, chilli & garlic like a paste.

In cooker add oil roast jeera & bay leaf. Add onion slices roast till color change. Now add dry spices & peas.

Roast it for 2 min & add 11/2 glass or 250 mein l water. Boil it till peas cooked proper. After that add mint paste & soaked rice.

Cook it without cooker's lid. On mid flame cover it with plane plate. Check it twice, touch & press with finger for better results.

Off the flame, leave it for some time on hot burner. When serve garnish it with any dry fruits or mint leaf.

Tasty pulao is ready.
