2 cupWatermelon seedless cubes
5Fresh mint sprigs
1/2 cupFresh lime juice -
1 tspBlack salt -
2 tbspChia seeds -
1 tspRoasted cumin seeds powder -
8 - 10Ice cubes -
as per needSmall watermelon wedges - for garnishing

Remove the seed of the watermelon.
Put watermelon pulp, mint sprigs, and black salt in the blender and blend it.

Take a glass, add crushed ice and pour the watermelon ginger mock tail.
Squeeze the lemon juice and chia seeds and mix well.
Serve chilled
