Soak channadal for 5 to 6 hrs

Strain the dal,add chillies,ginger grind it into a coarse paste

Remove the mixture in a big bowl now add 1tsp of sugar,2tsp of salt,1tsp of baking soda,2tbsp of lemon juice now mix properly till it becomes light and fluffy.

Pour it into a greased plate and stem it for 15 mnts

Cut it into square piece once it cools down

In a pan take 3tbsp of oil add urad Dall,mustard seeds,curry leaves,2 slit green chillies,pinch of Hing,turmeric and stir properly,now add the pieces of steamed dhokla and light hand give a mix.Granishbirveith chopped coriander.
