Aloo kofta in palak gravy

For aloo kofta(potato balls) preparation-
Take 2/3 boiled smashed potatoes in bowl,add grated cheese,dry grapes (kismis),green chilli, Coriander leaves,black pepper powder,pinch turmeric,red chilli flakes, Coriander powder,corn flour powder and salt to taste

Bind them all properly,give shape to kofta as per your choice,and deep fry them on medium high flame.

Spinach gravy preparation-
Take pan add 1tsp oil add green chilli,chopped tomatoes and onions then add garlic,pinch ginger pieces,add 2/3 chasew,and 2tsp-white sasema seeds,and add chopped spinach, cook them until all soften.

Now add Coriander powder,pinch red chilli, turmeric powder and salt to taste.cook 5min more

Now let it be cool and after that make puree

Now again take 2/3 Tsp oil,1tsp butter and add 1 red dry chilli,whole 2 black pepper and kasuri methi,after that immediately add puree and mix them properly,after adding garam masala,Coriander leaves, grated cheese let it cook for 2/3 min more.

Now ready to serve aloo kofta in spinach gravy..enjoy
