Ingredients

four to five
  1. 1 cupsoaked Chan na dal
  2. as per taste salt, chilli ,
  3. 1/2 tsp turmeric
  4. 1 tsp dhaniya powder
  5. As per taste 1 lemon juice
  6. 1 cup maida green
  7. 1chilli
  8. as required Chutney sweet chutney and garlic chutney

  1. 1

    Booked Chan na dam in cooker then in Tasdka pan with two spoon of oil beers hung and add the boiled dal

    And mixed with all the dry mein's alas as given above all as per taste and garam mein's ala and mixed with some water as required and cooked for ten minute so DSL gets mixed with all mein's ala

    Then knead the dough of maids medium and rested for five minutes then with the rolling I in rolled big puries and fried in the pool then served with chutneys spicy and sweet SBD a KKK so garlic chutney
