Grape Seed Oil for fry
Fried Garlics

Rinse and cut the Shortfin Pompano, sprinkle salt on both sides. Heat the pan, put the grape seed oil. Add the Shortfin Pompano to fry. Fry until turn to golden brown both sides. Transfer into the serving plate top with crispy garlic. Ready to enjoy 😉‼️
