Heat the olive oil in a skillet and add the egg.

After 2 minutes, place the ham and cheese (cut into strips) on top of the egg.

Cook for 2 more minutes, then flip and let the cheese melt a bit.

Lightly toast the ciabatta, then place the egg, ham, and cheese mixture on top. Enjoy!
