2 sliceswhole wheat bread
2 slicesAmerican cheese
2 slices baked ham
Toppings of your choice (mustard, olives, lettuce, tomato, mayonnaise etc.)

Place mustard or mayonnaise on the bread and spread evenly with a knife.

Add the cheese, then ham.

Cut using a heart-shaped cookie cutter.
