Mix the flour, pinch of salt and water until thick

Cover the mixture and leave it, before you finish par boiled eggs

Cover, remove from heat, and let eggs sit in hot water for 12 mins.

Remove from hot water, cool then peel.

Very lightly flour the sausage and coat with beaten egg.

Roll in bread crumbs to cover.

Flatten the sausage and make a patty to surround each egg.

Fry until brown, making sure each side is well cooked.
