Prepare the sauce: mix all sauce ingredients on a pan. Save a handful of parsley for decoration. Prepare the shrimp and scallops: Fry just before serving, I like to mix 1 teaspoon of butter with olive oil when cooking seafood. Watch out, don't let them get overcooked, 2-3 minutes might be enough depending on the size.

They make this at the restaurant where I work, but my friends agree that my version is better.If you're using frozen scallops, the key is to dry them properly after you thaw them!
