Slice the chicken breasts into thin strips and place them in a large bowl. Add all the listed ingredients and mix well. Let the chicken marinate for 1 hour.

Heat vegetable oil in a skillet or frying pan over medium heat. Add the marinated chicken and cook, stirring frequently, until all the liquid has evaporated and the chicken is browned on all sides. Remove from the pan.

Place the cooked chicken, ketchup, mayonnaise, pickles, and French fries in a tortilla or shawarma bread. Roll it up and press it in a sandwich press or grill until toasted.
