1-Pour 6 cups of water over your grain ndalayi and turn it over.

2-Boiled 2 cups of water & pour the batter into the boiling water.

Cover for five minute to cook & start turning it for 40 mins.

Pour your veg oil and continue turning it for another 30 mins.

Allow it to be well cooked.

Blend your onion, attaruhu and your red pepper

Put a little veg oil in your pot, cut oninon and fry

Pour you blended ingredients and fry for some minute

Pour your stock water and stir. Put your meat allow it to cook

Put your grated kubewa, taste & spices, cover it to cook.
