1 cupChopped carrot
Seasoning to taste
1/2 cupTurmeric
Mixed spice
1 cupPeas
1 cupGreen beans
Water
1tblspn garlic and ginger paste

Heat veg oil in a pan and add in the garlic and ginger paste

Add in your peas,chopped carrot and green beans

Stir fry for like 3 to 5mints

Add in your seasoning,turmeric and mixed spice
5

Stir fry for 1mint

Add in your cooked rice and stir fry for like 3mints and serve
