Ingredients

30 minutes
2-3 persons
  • 1 cupboiled chickpeas (kabuli channa)
  • 6 tbspgrated tender raw mango
  • 1/4 cupolive oil
  • 3 tbsproasted sesame seeds
  • 3-4garlic cloves
  • 1" inch green chilli piece
  • leavesFistful fresh coriander
  • Salt to taste
  • As required..boiled water from boiled chickpeas
  • To serve with hummus dip
  • sticksBaked pita bread

Steps

30 minutes
  1. 1

    First in blender add roasted sesame seeds and 1 tbsp olive oil. Grind to smooth paste to make tahini paste.

  2. 2

    Now add boiled chickpeas, grated raw mango, chopped green chilli, garlic cloves, corainder leaves,salt and olive oil to prepared tahini paste.

  3. 3

    Blend together to make coarse paste / dip consistency..by adding boiled chickpeas water as required.

  4. 4

    Transfer prepared raw mango hummus dip in serving bowl.

  5. 5

    Cut pita bread into thick long slice (stick like). Bake in Airfryer at 180 temperature for 4- 5 minutes till crispy.

  6. 6

    Serve/Relish Delicious Raw Mango Hummus with pita bread sticks.
