Raw mango flavoured hummus dip is made from..
boiled chickpeas are mashed with raw mango , tahini paste ,olive oil, green chilli and coriander leaves to coarse paste and served with pita bread.

Raw mango flavoured hummus dip is made from..
boiled chickpeas are mashed with raw mango , tahini paste ,olive oil, green chilli and coriander leaves to coarse paste and served with pita bread.
Steps

First in blender add roasted sesame seeds and 1 tbsp olive oil. Grind to smooth paste to make tahini paste.

Now add boiled chickpeas, grated raw mango, chopped green chilli, garlic cloves, corainder leaves,salt and olive oil to prepared tahini paste.

Blend together to make coarse paste / dip consistency..by adding boiled chickpeas water as required.

Transfer prepared raw mango hummus dip in serving bowl.

Cut pita bread into thick long slice (stick like). Bake in Airfryer at 180 temperature for 4- 5 minutes till crispy.

Serve/Relish Delicious Raw Mango Hummus with pita bread sticks.
