Velveeta Mac w/ Fried Smoked Sausage
This is a simple and easy meal I made the other night for my family and my kids loved it cuz its so cheesy 😍
Cooking Instructions

Fill a large pot 1/2-3/4 full of water. Bring to a boil then add 1Tbsp. Salt to boiling water. Then add pasta. Stir til water is boiling again. Then turn heat down to medium low and let simmer stirring occasionally til pasta is tender. Once done then drain the water and add pasta back to pot.

While pasta is boiling add a Tablespoon of butter to a large skillet and add the diced sausage once skillet is hot. Fry til desired doneness. Then set aside til pasta is done.

Once pasta is done add the milk, both Cheese's, and pepper. On medium low heat. Keep stirring til cheese's are melted (will thicken slightly). Once everything is combined. Turn off heat and serve with the fried sausage on top and Enjoy 😋.
