Trim some of the fat from the roast but, not all cause need a little so roast don't dry out.

Rub the salt and, pepper all over the roast even under the skin for flavor, chop onions and garlic, put some under the roast too, shake the Worcestershire all over then, add foil and put in preheated oven till you get the temperature of 155 degrees.
