Mix the flour, baking powder, salt and sugar

Then add your butter and knead

Then add water to form a dough

Close the dough with cling film and allow to rest for about 10mins.

Boil the potatoes and carrot till soft.

In a pan add little oil scotch bonnet and onion and fry

Then add the minced meat and seasoning/spices to taste.

Then add in your boiled potatoes, carrot and stir

Then add the flour paste for thickening.

Then add the filling and cut out the shapes with meatpie cutter.

Then egg washed and bake it for about 30mins in an oven.
