Spaghetti and Scotch Bonnet
Steps

Fry your pasta and set aside (you can fry it with or without oil)

In another pan fry your grated scotch bonnet & diced onion, add your carrot & peas.

Continue frying for a few minutes, and then add your soy sauce, cinnamon and seasonings to taste. Continue frying until all are cooked

Pour a small amount of water and cover the pot.
- 5
Continue to cook on low heat for a few minutes and then serve
- 6
Add your pasta and stir well
