Wash and cut amla in small pieces

Now transfer amla pieces in a mixing bowl

Add jaggery, salt, red chilli powder, turmeric powder on amla pieces

Now make tempering

For this, heat oil in a pan, add mustard seeds

Add Cumin seeds, fenugreek seeds

Add Asafoetida

Once the aroma of Asafoetida starts coming, pour tempering in amla and spices

Mix well

Sweet amla pickle is ready to serve
