Take coriander leaves,garlic,green chillies and ginger in a grinding jar add little water and make a smooth paste.

Take yogurt in a bowl whisk it. Add coriander paste mix well.add cumin powder and black salt.mix again.

The coriander raita is ready. Serve with biryani,pulaw or dal and rice.
