Ingredients

4 servings
  1. 1/2 kgbitter gourd 5 normal size
  2. 3medium size onion cut in slices
  3. 2tomatoes cut in cubes
  4. 1 teaspoonSalt
  5. 1 teaspoonCrushed red pepper
  6. 1/2 cupoil

Cooking Instructions

    Cut bitter gourd in slice in bowl shift bitter gourd add salt all over on it. Use hands to mix salt and bitter gourd. Now leave them for 45 minutes
    It will release water after 45 minutes wash them well and squeeze them

    In pan add oil when oil get warm add bitter gourd fry till golden brown take them out from pan

    In same oil add onion and sauté them
    Take out half onion and in half add tomatoes red pepper

  4. 4

    Cook them for 5 minutes now add fry bitter gourd and onion mix them now cover and leave on flame for just five minutes

    It’s ready enjoy with roti and lassi

    Easy dish don’t over cook
