  3. 1 tspginger grated
  4. 1 tspgreen chilies, finely chopped
  5. 1/4 tspcumin powder
  6. 1 tspcoriander powder
  7. 1 pinchturmeric powder
  8. 1 pinchmethi powder
  9. 1 pinchasafoetida
  10. 2 cupcurd
  11. as per tasteSalt
  12. 1 tbspraisins
  13. 1 tbspcilantro, finely chopped

    Make a checklist; keep all required ingredients close by.

    Whisk the curd in a bowl. Add carrot, onion, ginger, onion and spice powders.

    Mix thoroughly. Salt to taste. Garnish with raisins and cilantro. Serve chilled or at room temperature. Good for summer time. Enjoy
