‘Yakiniku’ Sauce

‘Yakiniku’ Sauce is a dipping sauce for Japanese style BBQ. A variety of Yakiniku Sauce products are available to purchase, but it is quite easy to make. I want to share my family’s ‘Yakiniku’ Sauce recipe. My mother used to make a large amount at a time and keep it in a bottle, ready to use any time. This sauce can be used to marinate BBQ meat and also to season stir-fry dishes. *I also share a recipe for Quick & Easy ‘Yakiniku’ Sauce that I often make when I need only a small amount of sauce.
