Ingredients: 4 raw mangoes (keri); 6 tbsp sugar (or more); 1 1/4 tsp black salt; 1 1/4 tsp roasted crushed cumin; 2 tbsp lemon juice; Handful mint leaves; 1 little ginger; Green chilli (optional); 5-6 tbsp water (to blend); 1 liter any soda drink

Keri is Raw Mango, green and tangy, it cannot be eaten but can be used in making so many things..
Like Keri ka achar, Aam Panna(Kesi ka Sharbat), Keri Juice, Keri ki Chutney and so on..
My recipe is inspired by Adeel Chaudry, as I recently saw his video I just wanted to try it.. I forgot to add the green chilli, but still it tasted so so amazing 🤩 as he says, BOHAT ALAA 😅👌
This is gonna be my welcome drink for anyone coming soon to my house 😜

Ingredients

Prep time: 15 mins

5-6 person

4raw mangoes (keri)
6 tbspsugar (or more)
1 1/4 tspblack salt
1 1/4 tsproasted crushed cumin
2 tbsplemon juice
Handfulmint leaves
1little ginger
Green chilli (optional)
5-6 tbspwater (to blend)
1 literany soda drink

Steps

Prep time: 15 mins

Take all the ingredients (except the soda drink) in a juicer blender and blend well to make a smooth paste.

Take shot glass and dip the glass rim in lemon juice and then in chilli powder and salt mix. Then pour the paste in.

Pour some chilled soda in a glass and put the prepared keri shot in it.

Serve Chilled and enjoy!
