Steps

Preheat the oven to 180°C.

Cream the Margerine and Peanut Butter.

Whisk in the White Sugar and Brown Sugar.

Whisk in the Egg.

Add in the Flour, Salt and Bicarbonate of Soda until it forms a dough.

Roll into ball and place on a prepared baking sheet. Use a fork to flatten the balls.

Bake for 15 minutes until golgen brown.
