This is a very good healthy, wholemeal paratha. Quite heavy for the stomach as it is full of different flour and vegetables.
Steps

First clean and wash fenugreek leaves

Take a mixer bowl

Add all type flour

Add all cut vegetables,dry spices

Add oil combined well
- 6
Add gradually curd instead of water to make dough

Continue Knead the dough by hand until it is mixed. Apply oil,cover and keep aside for 5-10min

Make small portion

Roll like chapati using rolling pin

Smear oil or ghee or butter, Shallow fry in tawa on both the sides till it becomes and crispy

Serve these hot healthy millets and vegetables paratha with tomato ketchup
