This sharbat is prepared using raw mango and mint leaves. It is a natural summer cooler. I have added a little bit of green chilli which makes this sharbat different and delicious. Use of raw mango in this recipe makes it a really quick recipe.

Steps

  1. 1

Wash mango and peel it. Cut it into small pieces. I have used totapuri mango here if you are using some other type then adjust the sugar level accordingly.

  2. 2

Add all the ingredients in a mixer jar and make a paste. This sharbat paste can be stored in the refrigerator for 3 to 4 days.

Now add 1/4 cup of mango paste in a glass and add one cup of chilled water to it. Give it a good mix.

  4. 4

Add ice cubes to prepared sharbat. Garnish it with mint leaves and serve chilled.
