Porridge soup. (With sweet potatoes and unripe plantain)

I've always wanted something greeny but yet nutritional. It came across in my heart to try this and it actually gave me a rare profound taste. You should try it too. Medicinal as well as helps the body regulate blood circulation.

I've always wanted something greeny but yet nutritional. It came across in my heart to try this and it actually gave me a rare profound taste. You should try it too. Medicinal as well as helps the body regulate blood circulation.
Steps

Peel the potatoes and plantain and cut into medium size, wash and set into the cooking pot. Add water and allow it to cook in low heat

Wash and slice the veggies(cabbage, tomato, onion, green pepper) and ugu leaf aside
- 3
Wash the prawn(or dey fish), grind the crayfish and pepper and pour together with the veggies into the pot on fire

Allow it to cook for 10.mins.
Add palm Oil, salt, Maggi and taste.
Use a gari turning stick to mix to combine. Allow to cook for 10 mins more, add the ugu leaf and bring it down.Food is ready, greeny and soupy.
