Ingredients

30 minutes
3 persons
  1. Sweet Potatoes
  2. Unripe plantain
  3. Ugu leaf(vegetable leaf)
  4. Prawn or dry fish
  5. Cabbage
  6. Green pepper
  7. Onions
  8. Fresh Tomatoes
  9. Maggi, pepper, salt, crayfish
  10. Palm oil

Steps

30 minutes
  1. 1

    Peel the potatoes and plantain and cut into medium size, wash and set into the cooking pot. Add water and allow it to cook in low heat

    Wash and slice the veggies(cabbage, tomato, onion, green pepper) and ugu leaf aside

    Wash the prawn(or dey fish), grind the crayfish and pepper and pour together with the veggies into the pot on fire

    Allow it to cook for 10.mins.
    Add palm Oil, salt, Maggi and taste.
    Use a gari turning stick to mix to combine. Allow to cook for 10 mins more, add the ugu leaf and bring it down.

    Food is ready, greeny and soupy.
