First of all.. Mango pieces spread upon cotton clouth..under sun for whole day.

When mango become dry

Now in a pot take salt termaric powder mix well.

Once again keep under sun for 3 to 4 days.

Now. In a pan roast all whole masala one by one for few second.so that it's become dry.

Take a jar add all spices griend it roughly not a fine powder.

In a big pot add all spice half of mustard oil mix it well add mango mix again.

After 10 days add half of oil.

On put picle into glass jar once again keep under sun whole day for around 4 to 5 days daily...
4 days to a week for one month. After one month ar picle is ready.
