Ingredients

  • 1Medium Head of Cabbage (thinly sliced)
  • 2-3Medium Carrots Grated
  • 1 CupMayonnaise
  • 1/4 CupApple Cider Vinegar
  • 1/4 CupGranulated Sugar
  • 3 TablespoonsWhole Milk
  • 1Shalot Finely Minced (or small onion)
  • 1Garlic Clove Grated (or finely minced)
  • 1/2 TeaspoonCelery Salt
  • 1/2 TeaspoonCracked Black Pepper
  • Additional Salt as Needed to Taste

Steps

  1. 1

    Shred head if Cabbage,and grate carrots. Set aside.

  2. 2

    Blend the next nine ingredients together to form your coleslaw dressing.

  3. 3

    Add the coleslaw dressing to your cabbage and carrots to your desired consistency. Enjoy
