Salt & pepper chicken and cook in olive oil over medium high heat until browned. Set aside.

Reduce heat to medium. Add sour cream, broth, green onions, onion powder and salt to pan, stirring to combine. Cook 3 minutes or until thickened.

Return chicken to pan and cook until thoroughly heated.
