Ingredients

  • 1 bundlered spinach
  • 2 slicesginger, minced
  • 5garlic, minced
  • Pinchsalt
  • Halftbsp cooking oil

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash properly red spinach then soak in salt water for five mins. Then wash again.

    Heat pan then pour oil, sautee ginger and garlic until aromatic.

    Add in red spinach,add salt and toss it. Cook until done.
