Steps

Curdle milk either with lemon juice / Vinegar, after curdling drain excess water, squeeze excess water.

Chop Mangoes, soak Chia Seeds in milk for 2 hours.
- 3
Add honey in cottage cheese and mix well. Cheese turns moist.
- 4
Take serving glass / cups and start layering. First layer with mango then cheese, then soaked chia seeds or layer at your own choice.

Garnish with almonds and serve chilled or at room temperature.
