Steps
- 1
Wash and boil the potatoes, then peel them.
- 2
Chop the remaining vegetables in a food chopper.
- 3
Heat a pressure cooker on the stove, add ghee, and let it heat up. Add all the chopped vegetables.
- 4
Stir well, add pav bhaji masala, and cook for a bit. Add salt to taste, pour in some water, and close the lid.
- 5
Cook for at least 5 to 6 whistles.
- 6
After releasing the steam, open the lid and check if the vegetables are well mashed.
- 7
All the vegetables should be cooked and mashed; your bhaji is ready.
- 8
Toast the pav (bread rolls) on both sides until golden brown.
- 9
Once the pav is toasted, serve it with the bhaji.
- 10
Top with cilantro, chopped onions, lemon juice, and butter. It looks and tastes great.
