  • Roasted peanuts, crushed
  • Sugar, chili sauce, shrimp salt, fish sauce, mayonnaise
  • Fresh chili peppers, water

    Cut the tắc (calamansi limes) in half and squeeze out the juice into a bowl, removing the seeds.

    Add 3 tablespoons sugar, 2 tablespoons chili sauce, and 1 teaspoon shrimp salt to the bowl.

    Add 2 tablespoons water, 1 teaspoon fish sauce, sliced fresh chili, and 2 teaspoons mayonnaise to the bowl. Pour in the tắc juice and mix well. Then add 3 tablespoons crushed roasted peanuts and stir to combine.
