Cut the vegetables and paneer and make paste of onion and make another paste of garlic and chili

Then make tomato puree by grinding tomatoes

Take pan keep it on gas at low flame and add 3 tablespoon oil in it then add cumin,onion paste and then green chili garlic paste

Then wait for 5 minutes and then add 1/2 tablespoon turmeric powder,1 tablespoon red chilli powder,1/2 tablespoon garam masala,1 tablespoon coriander powder,salt as per taste, and 1/4 hing powder

Then add cashews and half glass water

Then aside in a bowl mix 1 cup curd and paneer masala

Then pour the mixture of paneer masala and curd in pan then wait 2 minutes and add half glass water and add paneer in pan then wait 2 minutes and garnish coriander leaves and butter

Your Shahi paneer is ready
