Presenting a fantastic morning / evening snacking loaded with veggies and eggs…… it’s Masala Egg Pasta.

Take already boiled Pasta

Assemble all ingredients, chop all veggies.

Break eggs in a mixing bowl, add milk + salt + pepper powder and whisk well.

In low heated pan add butter, add egg mixture and scramble it, scrambled egg is ready.

In pan add oil, add onion + green chilli and sauté for around 2 minutes till onion sweats and turn pinkish.

Add carrot + potato + turmeric and stir fry for 3-4 minutes.

Add tomatoes and and sauté for 1-2 minutes.
Add pasta + oregano + pepper powder + salt and mix gently. - 8
Add tomato ketchup, mix gently and cook for 5-6 minutes. Lastly add scrambled eggs and mix it.

Pasta is ready.

Garnish with few scrambled eggs and serve.
