Falahari Aloo Ki Sabji

Heat a kadhai add ghee. Add grated ginger, green chilli and stir it. Then add roughly mashed potatoes and mix it well.

Add rock salt and black pepper powder and mix well. Add water and mix everything well. Let it boil 4-5 minutes on medium flame.

Switch off the flame. Add lemon juice and mix well. Garnish with chopped coriander leaves.

Falahari aloo sabji is ready now. Take it out in a bowl.

Serve hot with Puri, Parantha, Chilla and enjoy....🥰🥰
