Pepper sabudana khichdi

This easy snack recipe is usually made on fasting days like Navratri. Soaked sabudana pearls stir-fried with crushed black pepper powder, boiled potatoes, chillies, cumin seeds and fresh coriander. A plate of hot sabudana khichdi with some chilled sweetened yogurt can taste so good that it you can just have it every other day.

Fristly wash and soack sabudana for 3-4 hours.

After 3-4 hours, heat ghee in to a kadahi and crackle cumin seeds and green chillies.

Now add chopped boiled potatoes and sabudana,salt, black pepper and stir continuously and for 2-3 minutes.

Turn off the flame and cover with lid for 5 minutes.

Further add chopped coriander.

Pepper sabudana khichdi is ready to serve.
