Firstly, In a bowl take jelly power. Add 250ml boil water or as instruction given in the pack. Allow it to be little cool for 2 minutes. Pour the jelly liquid in flower shape mold or any muffin mold. Keep it in refrigerator for 15-30 minutes or until it set.
Jelly is ready. - 2
For custard... in a thick bottomed pan add milk. Stir occasionally and get the milk to boil.
Meanwhile, in a bowl take custard powder and 3-4 tbsp of milk (room temperature)and mix well, making sure there are no lumps formed in it.
Once the milk has boiled, turn off the flame and pour the prepared custard mixture into it. Also add sugar, adjust the amount of sugar if looking for more sweeter fruit custard. - 3
Turn on flame keep it on low. Mix the mixture continuously until the milk changes colour and thickens slightly.
Transfer the custard in a bowl cover with wrap and keep it in refrigerator until chilled. - 4
In a serving plate firstly place jelly then pour 4-5 tbsp custard.
