First, boil 2 eggs. Add water to a saucepan, place the eggs in it, and once the water starts boiling, count 10 minutes and then remove the eggs.

While the eggs are boiling, chop the vegetables. Cut the leek into pieces; they don't need to be very small because we'll blend them later. Set aside on a plate. Then chop a green onion and set it aside with the leek. Now peel and chop a carrot, and once chopped, set it aside with the other vegetables.

Add a splash of oil to a pot and add the chopped vegetables. Add a pinch of salt and let them cook over medium heat.

While the vegetables are cooking, peel and chop a tomato. When the vegetables are halfway cooked, add the chopped tomato.

Continue cooking the vegetables a bit more until a brown crust forms at the bottom of the pot, which will give our soup a spectacular color and flavor.

Next, add the chicken thighs and cover with water. Add salt and cover the pot. Let it cook for at least an hour to an hour and a half.

After that time, remove the chicken thighs from the pot and blend the mixture.

Once well blended, peel the 2 boiled eggs, chop them, and add them to the pot.

Then, shred the chicken thighs and add them to the pot as well.

Bring the pot back to the heat, add some noodles, and let them cook according to the package instructions.
