Awara/Tofu with Onion Sauce

Cut Awara/Tofu into pieces

Soak the pieces of Awara /Tofu into a mixture of salt and seasoning water for 3-5 min

Deep fry Awara/Tofu in vegetable oil until its golden brown

Cut and wash Onion

Pre-heat vegetable oil

Add tomato mix and fry

Add onions and stir

Add grounded red bell pepper

Add curry, seasoning and salt to taste

Stir fry for few minutes and then is ready
