  1. 200 gm Mushrooms
  2. 2Simla mirchi,
  3. 2Onions
  4. 7-8chopped garlic petals
  5. 1 tbsp soya, chilli, schezwan sauce each or as required

  1. 1

    Wash mushrooms properly & make 4 pieces of each

  2. 2

    Cut simla mirchi in diced shape. Onion long thin pieces

  3. 3

    In pan add 1 t.spoon. oil. Add chopped garlic, onions. Saute it. Add Simla mirchi.

    .Add mushroom. Cook 5-6 minutes. Add all sauces, Stir 2-3 minutes
