Irish potato and cabbage sauce

Cook and peel the Irish potato, keep aside

Cut all the veggies and set aside

In a clean pot add some stock allow to boil add onion

Add the carrot then your bell peppers, seasoning cubes, curry. Adjust the taste of necessary

Add the cabbage, desolve the corn flour and add, stir and turn off the heat

In a non sticky pan put the peeled potatoes, sprinkle the basil leaves, shake the pan as it fries

Serve with any protein of your choice
