My native delicacy ...it was cold yesterday so I decided to make this
Trust me everyone enjoyed it
Steps

Peel and cut your yam to your desired shape, wash and boil with salt until it's soft and we'll cooked

Wash the smoked fish, fresh pepper and ugba with half onion into the blender and blend together with the crayfish
Note: it should not be smothly blended or you use a morta for this step

In a clean pot, add a little oil. You can add more if you want it oily

Allow to heat up a bit, then add the remaining onion, allow to cook for 5sec
- 5
Add your roughly blended recipe and stir, add maggi and adjust the taste if necessary

Allow to cook for 10 mins, sprinkle the utazi leaf on top and serve...food is ready
